In the June Henfrey Suite, Georgian elegance meets practical functionality across two interconnected rooms that adapt to however you need to work. The suite divides naturally into a comfortable lounge and formal conference space, giving your meetings both structure and breathing room. The lounge welcomes you with leather sofas arranged around a central coffee table, where morning coffees turn into productive conversations. Natural light pours through the tall windows, illuminating the soft pastel walls and original wooden floors. We've kept the historic fireplaces as focal points, adding fresh flowers and thoughtful touches that make the space feel less corporate boardroom, more refined drawing room. Through to the conference room, you'll find everything set up for focused work. The boardroom table seats 20 comfortably, though we can reconfigure the space for theatre-style presentations (60 people), U-shaped discussions (30), or cabaret rounds (50). A 55-inch TV screen handles presentations smoothly, and we can provide laptops if you need them. Our in-house Bistro team brings fresh food directly from the kitchen downstairs, whether that's working lunches, coffee breaks, or full catering spreads. Everything's prepared using local suppliers, so your attendees eat well without the usual conference fare. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Buses stop directly outside our Georgian Quarter location, and we have our own parking spaces. You're walking distance from both cathedrals and about ten minutes from the city centre shops. The building's Grade II listing means original features remain intact, creating an atmosphere that standard meeting venues simply can't replicate. The June Henfrey Suite works equally well for conferences, workshops, or private meetings. Its dual-room layout lets you shift between formal presentations and relaxed networking without changing venues, making your day flow naturally from one session to the next.
