Step into the Suffolk Suite and you'll understand why our venue continues to attract corporate groups from across Norfolk and beyond. The room's oak wood paneling reaches up towards impressively high ceilings, where chandeliers cast warm light across the polished surfaces below. Through the large windows, the Manor Gardens stretch out in carefully maintained splendour, providing a view that changes with the seasons but never fails to inspire during those crucial brainstorming moments. We've configured this space countless times over the years, adapting it to suit everything from intimate board meetings of 40 to larger conferences hosting 130 delegates. The raised stage at one end has seen countless presentations, product launches and even the occasional awards ceremony. When arranged theatre-style, we can accommodate 120 guests, while banquet layout seats 110 comfortably. For training sessions, the classroom setup works perfectly for 50 participants, and U-shaped arrangements suit groups of up to 50 when interaction is key. The private bar tucked into one corner proves particularly popular during networking breaks. We find delegates appreciate having refreshments close at hand without needing to leave the room, keeping conversations flowing naturally. The ground floor location makes access straightforward for everyone, with disabled facilities ensuring all your team members can participate fully. Air conditioning keeps the atmosphere comfortable year-round, while the abundance of natural light flooding through those garden-facing windows reduces the need for artificial lighting during daytime sessions. When you need smaller discussion groups, our breakout rooms provide quiet spaces nearby. Transport links work well too, with local stations easily accessible and our complimentary parking removing any concerns about finding spaces for those driving in.
