Recently refurbished with fresh paint and modern fixtures, the space comfortably seats 24 people around our long wooden table, perfect for board meetings, training sessions, or team workshops. Natural light floods through large windows overlooking the playing fields, creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and refreshingly different from typical office environments. We've added potted plants and local artwork to the walls, bringing warmth to what could otherwise feel corporate. The kitchenette tucked into one corner keeps tea and coffee flowing throughout your session, with all the basics ready for quick refreshment breaks. Working here means embracing the rhythms of village life. Monday evenings and Thursday mornings bring the tap-tap of table tennis from downstairs, while martial arts classes occupy Thursday and Friday evenings. During daytime meetings, you'll find the building quieter, though occasional sounds from the main hall below remind you that you're part of a living, breathing community space. The countryside location off Shardlow Road proves surprisingly convenient, with the M1 Junction 24 and East Midlands Airport both within easy reach. Free parking stretches right outside the door, eliminating the usual pre-meeting stress of finding a space.
