Our boardroom takes its name from the legendary musician, and The Bowie Room certainly has its own distinctive character. Sunlight streams through large windows throughout the day, illuminating the soft blue wainscoting that runs along the walls and the carefully chosen artwork that adds personality to the space. We've configured this room specifically for productive meetings, with comfortable seating for up to 16 people in theatre arrangement or 12 around the boardroom table. The natural light creates an energising atmosphere that helps keep everyone focused, particularly during those longer strategy sessions or training workshops. Everything you need for a successful meeting is already here. The projector works seamlessly with laptops for presentations, while flipcharts stand ready for brainstorming sessions. Our Wi-Fi runs reliably throughout the building, and we've installed teleconferencing facilities for when you need to bring remote colleagues into the conversation. The room's acoustics work particularly well for conference calls, with minimal echo or outside noise. Our catering team prepares everything fresh in our kitchens, from morning pastries and proper coffee to working lunches and afternoon refreshments. We regularly accommodate different dietary requirements, whether that's halal, vegan, or gluten-free options, and can adjust portion sizes based on your group's preferences. The room sits within our Victorian building, surrounded by two acres of gardens that many groups use for informal break-out sessions when the weather cooperates.
