Through the one-way mirror connecting to our adjacent Collaboration Lab, you can observe focus groups and user testing sessions without disrupting the natural flow of conversation. Natural light pours through the large windows, keeping observers alert during long research days. We've positioned a long desk with multiple screens along the viewing wall, so your team can monitor digital interactions while taking notes on participant behaviour. The screens let you capture every detail, from facial expressions to screen recordings, ensuring nothing gets missed. Our modular seating works perfectly whether you have two clients observing or six team members analysing responses in real-time. The sleek chairs roll easily, letting observers cluster around specific screens or spread out for individual note-taking. When you need to share findings with the wider team, the large wall-mounted screen brings everyone into the discussion. The minimalist design keeps distractions to a minimum, though we've added plants to create a more relaxed atmosphere during intense observation sessions. The room adapts seamlessly between individual analysis work and group debriefs, with enough space for observers to move around without disrupting others' concentration. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with our Crowne House location on Southwark Street putting you in central London Bridge. Your observers can grab coffee from the kitchenette between sessions, and our breakout areas provide space to discuss findings away from the observation room.
