Sunlight floods through the windows on both sides of our Meeting Room, illuminating the polished wooden floors and creating an energising workspace that changes beautifully throughout the day. We've hosted everything from board meetings to training workshops in this versatile space, where groups of 14 can gather comfortably around our central table, or we can rearrange the furniture to seat 30 people theatre-style when you need a different setup. The room comes fully equipped for modern business needs. Our data projector and sound system connect easily to your devices, while the reliable Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected without those frustrating dropouts. We maintain a stock of flipcharts, pens and notepads in the room, saving you from last-minute stationery runs. The vibrant artwork on our walls adds character without distraction, creating a professional yet creative atmosphere that film crews particularly love when using the space for interviews. Throughout your booking, our on-site management team remains available to assist with any requirements. We keep fresh tea and coffee brewing, with biscuits on hand for those moments when concentration needs a boost. The water dispenser offers both hot and cold options, and you'll find the washrooms downstairs in the basement. Our location in the heart of the City means your attendees have excellent transport connections and plenty of lunch options within walking distance. The historic Gough Square views on one side contrast beautifully with the contemporary New Street Square outlook on the other, giving the room a unique dual perspective. We can arrange catering delivery directly to the meeting room, or provide recommendations for nearby restaurants if you prefer to venture out between sessions.
