Meeting Room 7 sits on the upper floors of our Grade I listed building, where eighteen people can gather around a polished boardroom table while natural light streams through the generous windows. You'll notice the original Victorian fireplace immediately - we've kept it as a centrepiece, though these days it frames our modern presentation screen rather than warming the room. The navy chairs we've chosen complement the soft grey walls, and we've positioned the table to make the most of the daylight while avoiding glare on the whiteboard. Our Zoom Room setup means remote participants join as naturally as those sitting at the table, with cameras and microphones that actually pick up everyone's contributions. We keep water bottles ready on the sideboard, along with some healthy snacks for longer sessions. From King's Cross Underground, you're with us in under sixty seconds - useful when you're coordinating diaries across different offices. The St Pancras International connection brings European colleagues straight to our door, while the mainline platforms serve Cambridge, Edinburgh and everywhere between. Our reception team will meet you at the entrance (shared with the rail service office at the station front) and guide you up through the building. The room works particularly well for board meetings, strategy sessions and presentations where you need people focused. Previous groups have run training workshops here, taking advantage of the flipchart for breakout exercises. The Victorian ironwork and exposed brick in the corridors leading to the room often prompt conversation - something about the railway heritage seems to put people at ease before important discussions. We'll have everything ready before you arrive, from the AV connections to the room temperature. Just let us know if you need anything specific for your meeting when you book.
