When you need everyone facing forward for presentations, we can accommodate up to 25 people in theatre-style seating. For more collaborative sessions, our boardroom setup seats 16 comfortably around the tables, while cabaret style works perfectly for 12 when you want smaller working groups. The mounted screen connects easily to your devices, ensuring smooth presentations without technical interruptions. Our venue sits in the heart of Westminster, where government departments, policy organisations and businesses regularly convene. The Grade II listed building brings character to your meetings, with period features preserved throughout the property. You'll find us just minutes from Westminster Abbey and Parliament Square, with multiple tube stations and bus routes nearby making arrival straightforward for attendees coming from across London. The room particularly suits board meetings, strategy sessions, training workshops and team briefings. We provide tea, coffee, biscuits and water as standard, though many groups choose to arrange external catering for longer sessions, and we're always happy to suggest suppliers who deliver here regularly.
