Our light-filled meeting space on the upper floors combines the building's broadcasting heritage with everything you need for productive sessions. The room comfortably seats 16 people around our boardroom table, where natural light streams through floor-to-ceiling windows dressed with sheer curtains, creating an atmosphere that keeps energy levels high throughout long strategy sessions. We've positioned whiteboards at key points around the room for those moments when ideas need to flow freely onto a larger canvas. The wooden chairs we've chosen strike the right balance between comfort and posture support, while the soft green carpeting helps absorb sound and creates a calm backdrop for focused discussions. Recent clients have particularly appreciated our tech setup, with one noting how our reception team saved their presentation by having the exact adapter cable they'd forgotten. The room works brilliantly for various meeting formats, from formal board meetings to creative workshops where teams need space to move around and collaborate. We've hosted everything from quarterly reviews to product launches here, with the natural light proving especially valuable for video conferences and keeping participants engaged during full-day sessions. You'll find us at 4-5 Langham Place, right next to BBC Broadcasting House, with Oxford Circus tube just a three-minute walk away. Great spot to host a meeting. Was really impressed with the level of service - they even had an obscure connector cable to connect my laptop to the screen. Highly recommend!
