Our Meeting Room 1 greets you with exposed brick ceilings and original ductwork that tell the story of this Grade I listed building's industrial past. We've kept these authentic features while creating a space where up to 12 people can gather around our sleek rectangular table for focused boardroom sessions. The first thing most clients notice is the light. Those large windows bring Paddington's energy right into the room, while our bright yellow pendant lights add warmth when London's weather turns grey. We chose high-backed leather chairs that support you through long strategy sessions, and the striped carpet brings colour without distraction. You'll find the wall-mounted clock keeps everyone mindful of time without having to check phones. This room works equally well for formal presentations or creative brainstorming. The industrial elements, particularly that textured brick ceiling, create an atmosphere that's professional yet relaxed. Many teams tell us they appreciate how the high ceilings give conversations room to breathe, especially during intensive workshops. We're literally on Platform 1 at Paddington Station, so your attendees can step off their trains and into your meeting within minutes. Our venue combines Victorian heritage with everything modern business needs, from sound-reducing pods for pre-meeting calls to fully stocked kitchens when you need a coffee break. The luxurious shower facilities prove popular with those cycling in for early meetings. Our on-site team stays available throughout business hours to assist with any technical needs or last-minute requests. While finding us the first time requires following the blue line on Platform 1, our reception team guides you from there. Lovely venue but difficult to get in and out of. It wasn't made clear there is an entrance on Platform 1 of Paddington station. You can't get in and out without a member of staff and they are not always around.

Receptionist did not know of our booking. Room Six was communicated with guests but we were moved to room three. Room was not ready on arrival and was being 'turned around'. Poor overall experience.
