The Murray Suite makes a strong first impression with its distinctive glass block wall, which bathes the room in natural light while maintaining complete privacy for your discussions. We've arranged this space to work equally well for intimate board meetings of 14 or theatre-style presentations for up to 20 delegates, with burgundy chairs that keep everyone comfortable through long sessions. Our venue sits just three minutes' walk from Great Victoria Street station, directly opposite the Assembly Buildings Conference & Exhibition Centre. This central Belfast location means your attendees can reach us easily, whether they're coming from across the city or further afield. We regularly host groups who appreciate being able to pop over from the main conference centre for focused breakout sessions. The room's clean, functional design puts the focus where it belongs: on your meeting content. Our LCD projector and screen are positioned for clear sightlines from every seat, while high-speed Wi-Fi handles video calls, cloud presentations, and whatever else your team needs. When you're running training sessions in classroom layout for 10 participants, there's plenty of space for materials and laptops. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well for interactive workshops, allowing easy discussion flow between participants. We know the small touches matter during long meeting days. Fresh fruit, chilled mineral water, and a selection of sweets are standard in every session. Our delegate packages include unlimited tea and coffee refills throughout your booking, with lunch served either in the Murray Suite itself or in our restaurant downstairs, depending on your preference. The modular furniture allows us to reconfigure the room during breaks if you need different setups for different sessions.
