The Lancing 1 room sits on the first floor of our venue, where navy-blue chairs circle polished tables in whatever configuration your meeting demands. We've hosted everything from intensive board meetings of 30 to training sessions for 60 delegates in this adaptable space, with the room transforming effortlessly between boardroom, classroom, theatre and U-shaped setups. Walking into Lancing 1, you'll notice the modern décor creates a focused atmosphere without feeling sterile. The patterned carpet and warm wall sconces add character while maintaining the professional environment your team needs. We've equipped the room with a large projection screen and LCD projector, plus all the practical touches like flip charts, whiteboards and a lectern positioned ready for use. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during those longer sessions, particularly appreciated during summer months when Brighton can surprise with its warmth. While natural light isn't a feature of this particular room, many groups take advantage of our beachfront location for refreshing breaks between sessions. The seafront is literally across the road, and delegates often return energised after a quick walk along the promenade. Our events team handles the details that matter. Whether you need the room reconfigured during lunch or extra equipment sourced at short notice, we're here to keep things running smoothly.
