Our venue's Auditorium and Garden Room combination creates an impressive backdrop for corporate gatherings and professional events. The main Auditorium, positioned on the lower ground floor of this Grade I listed building, accommodates 130 delegates in tiered theatre seating, each seat offering clear sightlines to the HD screen and presenter's stage. Rich red tones dominate the Auditorium's interior, where comfortable seating rises in gentle tiers beneath carefully positioned ceiling lights. We've equipped the space with a Bose 5.1 surround sound system, projector, and full AV setup, ensuring your presentations resonate clearly throughout the room. The climate-controlled environment maintains comfort during extended conferences, while the professional lectern and panel table at the front provide everything speakers need. What truly distinguishes this offering is the adjoining Garden Room, a contemporary space flooded with natural light from its conservatory windows. This versatile area accommodates 75 guests for networking receptions and opens directly onto our private courtyard garden. Many clients use this bright, modern room for coffee breaks, catering service, or exhibition displays, creating a natural flow between formal presentations and informal discussions. The combination works particularly well for full-day conferences, product launches, and corporate presentations. University departments regularly book both spaces for academic symposiums, appreciating how delegates can move seamlessly between focused sessions in the Auditorium and relaxed networking in the Garden Room.
