The Conway Suite offers a quiet retreat from Cardiff's bustling city centre, where natural daylight streams through tall windows throughout your meeting. We've designed this space for those smaller gatherings where every voice matters, whether you're running a training session for 10 colleagues or presenting to 15 stakeholders. The room's wooden table and contemporary chairs create a professional yet comfortable environment. We've positioned power sockets strategically around the room, so laptops and devices stay charged wherever your team chooses to sit. The LCD screen mounted on the wall connects easily to your devices for presentations, while our air conditioning keeps the temperature just right, even during those lengthy afternoon sessions. What works particularly well here is the flexibility. We can arrange the room in a U-shape for 10 people when you need everyone engaged in discussion, or set theatre-style seating for 15 when the focus is on presentations. The flipchart stands ready for brainstorming sessions, and those large windows mean you're working in natural light rather than harsh fluorescents. Our venue sits in a grand Victorian building that's been hosting business meetings for generations. The Conway Suite maintains that sense of history while providing all the modern technology your meeting requires. You'll find us right in the city centre, with Queen Street station just a short walk away, making it simple for your attendees to reach us by train. We handle the details through our complete delegate packages, which include the room, equipment, unlimited tea and coffee, and catering options.
