Room 21 seats eight people around our rectangular boardroom table, with everyone enjoying natural light from the large windows that overlook Summertown's busy high street. We've positioned a large presentation screen at one end of the room, making it easy for everyone to see shared content during meetings, whether you're running training sessions, conducting interviews, or hosting client presentations. The high-backed chairs we've chosen provide proper support during longer meetings, and we keep filtered water available throughout your booking. Our AV equipment connects seamlessly for video calls and presentations, something our regular clients particularly value when meeting with remote team members. The room maintains a calm, professional atmosphere with neutral decor and carefully selected artwork, helping teams focus on the work at hand. Our venue sits right in the centre of Summertown, with quick access to both Oxford city centre and the ring road. Many visitors appreciate being able to grab coffee from the independent cafes nearby before their meetings, or catch lunch afterwards at one of the local restaurants just steps away.
