The Ptarmigan room offers exactly what you need for productive small-group sessions, with space for up to 15 participants around our solid wooden boardroom table. We've designed this room to feel more like a private office than a hotel meeting space, with comfortable cushioned chairs that keep everyone focused during those longer strategy discussions. Our team regularly sets up the Ptarmigan for different configurations depending on what works best for your group. The boardroom layout seats 10 comfortably, while we can arrange classroom style for 6, theatre format for 12, or U-shape for 10 participants. The flexibility means whether you're running a training workshop, conducting interviews, or holding a departmental review, we can arrange the furniture to match your needs. The room comes equipped with an LCD screen mounted at the perfect height for presentations, and we include a flipchart and lectern as standard. Multiple power sockets around the room mean everyone can keep their devices charged throughout the day. The air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature year-round, particularly appreciated during those intense brainstorming sessions when the ideas are flowing. What makes the Ptarmigan particularly popular is its location on our dedicated conference floor, away from the main hotel traffic. You're just steps from our other meeting spaces if you're running breakout sessions, yet the room feels completely private.
