Our largest meeting space accommodates 220 delegates theatre-style or 100 in cabaret arrangement, making it perfect for conferences, training days, and major presentations. The main floor spans 15 by 8.5 metres, while the raised platform adds another 5 by 9 metres, giving speakers natural prominence without needing a stage. When you need breakout space, we can open the wooden divide to include the North Aisle, adding 10.5 by 2.5 metres for networking or smaller group sessions. Natural light pours through Helen Whittaker's contemporary windows throughout the day, keeping energy levels high during long sessions. The fully installed AV suite handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences, while our lighting system adapts from bright working conditions to more focused presentation modes. The adjacent narthex corridor works brilliantly for registration desks and refreshment stations, keeping the main space clear for your agenda. The meeting room was as described and ready for our meeting. The staff were helpful and friendly. I will be booking the venue again when I need a room in Sheffield.
