We've arranged this space with leather banquettes along the walls and comfortable armchairs grouped around low tables, creating distinct zones for different meeting styles. The polished wood floors reflect natural light from the windows, and our contemporary shelving units cleverly divide the room without closing it off. For conferences, we configure the space to seat 30 people classroom-style, though many clients prefer our U-shaped setup for 25 when they want more interaction. Board meetings work beautifully here, with space for 28 around banquet tables, while networking events can accommodate 50 guests moving freely between conversation areas.
