Room 104 sits on the first floor of our venue, where natural light fills the space through large windows throughout your meeting day. This adaptable room works particularly well for training sessions, board meetings, and presentations, with enough space to arrange furniture exactly how you need it. We can configure the room several ways depending on your requirements. For collaborative workshops, the classroom setup accommodates 24 participants with tables for note-taking. Board meetings work beautifully with 24 seats around our conference tables. When you need maximum attendance, theatre-style seating fits 55 delegates comfortably. The U-shaped arrangement for 24 creates excellent sight lines for training sessions, while cocktail receptions can host 48 guests mingling comfortably. The LCD screen and projector handle all your presentation needs, positioned so everyone has clear visibility from their seats. We've placed ample power sockets throughout the room, eliminating the scramble for charging points during long sessions. Flipcharts stand ready for brainstorming sessions or breakout group work. Just outside Room 104, the spacious breakout area provides your delegates with room to network over coffee between sessions. This proximity means minimal disruption when it's time for refreshment breaks, keeping your agenda on track. Our catering team delivers everything from morning pastries to working lunches directly to this area. Previous guests have appreciated the room's spaciousness and how the natural light keeps energy levels up during full-day events. While we're currently expanding our selection of device adaptors based on feedback, our conference team can advise on connectivity options when you book. The first-floor location means quick access via lift or stairs, with all facilities nearby. For those arriving by train, Glasgow Central, Queen Street, and Argyle Street stations all sit within easy walking distance, making Room 104 convenient for delegates travelling from across Scotland and beyond.
