Meeting Room 8 carries forward that sense of purpose, now serving as our contemporary boardroom where important decisions take shape. We've designed this space for teams who need room to spread out and think big, with comfortable seating for up to 12 people around our substantial conference table. Natural light pours through two generous windows, keeping energy levels high throughout your session. The room's clean lines and thoughtful layout help maintain focus, while exposed industrial elements remind you of the building's unique heritage. Our projector and screen integrate seamlessly into presentations, making technical aspects of your meeting run smoothly without the usual hassle of cables and connections. Your team will appreciate the ergonomic chairs during those longer strategy sessions. The boardroom configuration works particularly well for formal presentations, client pitches, and team workshops where everyone needs clear sightlines. We've noticed groups often use the space for quarterly reviews and training sessions, taking advantage of the professional atmosphere the room naturally creates. Getting here couldn't be simpler with Vauxhall and Pimlico stations both within walking distance. Our venue sits right on Albert Embankment, making it convenient for participants coming from various parts of London. Between sessions, your team can grab coffee from our on-site café or step out to our riverside garden for a breath of fresh air. Please note that catering requires at least two days' advance notice. Slightly larger than we needed (8 v. 2 persons). Would need to be able to book more 2-4 person rooms or cubicles / pods in order to capture future business form us.

Although when I attended the building I was informed the room I had booked was double booked. The lady on reception was very helpful and upgraded me at no extra cost. Very good service and great facilities. Would highly recommend.
