We've arranged this generous room to accommodate up to 30 delegates in a U-shaped configuration, though we regularly reconfigure it for theatre-style presentations hosting up to 110 attendees. Those deep red blinds you'll notice aren't just decorative, they give you complete control over the natural light streaming through our floor-to-ceiling windows. We find most groups prefer keeping them open during morning sessions, letting daylight energise discussions while enjoying views across our grounds. The matching red chairs were chosen specifically for all-day comfort, because we know productive meetings need more than just good ideas. Our original Edwardian fireplace anchors the room, creating a focal point that reminds everyone they're meeting somewhere special, not another anonymous business centre. The soft white walls and elegant chandeliers work together to keep the space bright even during winter afternoons, while carefully placed plants add life without cluttering your workspace. For formal dinners and banquet events, we can seat 36 guests comfortably, transforming the space from boardroom to dining room with ease. The room's proportions handle different setups naturally, whether you're running workshops, hosting presentations, or bringing teams together for strategic planning sessions. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with regular trains and buses connecting us to Stirling just seven miles away. Our location offers easy access from Scotland's central belt, and we provide complimentary parking for those driving.
