Curzon 4 sits on our second floor, where Birmingham's skyline frames your meetings through generous windows. We've configured this space to work harder than most, fitting 60 people theatre-style when you need an audience, or creating an intimate boardroom for 20 when decisions need making. The room gets plenty of natural light throughout the day, which we've found keeps energy levels up during those longer sessions. Our facilities team can rearrange the mobile furniture between breaks, switching from classroom rows to cabaret rounds depending on what your agenda demands. The flatscreen TV connects easily to laptops, while the whiteboard and flipchart handle the spontaneous brainstorming moments. We keep the technical setup straightforward: reliable high-speed WiFi that handles everyone's devices, air conditioning that actually maintains a comfortable temperature, and power points where you need them. Our in-house catering brings refreshments directly to the room, starting with complimentary water for every booking. Need coffee at 3pm to combat the afternoon slump? Just let us know.
