The University Suite opens directly onto our ground floor lobby, making it remarkably easy for your delegates to find their way. This expansive 264-square-metre space stretches 24 metres across with 11-metre depth and impressive 4-metre ceilings, giving you tremendous flexibility for any corporate gathering. We regularly transform this suite from morning training sessions for 135 participants in classroom layout to evening banquets hosting 220 guests. The room divides into three separate sections when you need breakout spaces, or splits in half for concurrent sessions. Theatre-style presentations work brilliantly here with capacity for 300 delegates, while more intimate board meetings suit our U-shape arrangement for 50 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows run along one wall, flooding your meeting with natural light throughout the day. We control the atmosphere precisely with adjustable air conditioning and full blackout facilities when presentations demand it. Every technical detail comes standard: high-speed Wi-Fi reaches every corner, LCD projectors connect seamlessly to your devices, and we provide flipcharts plus complete stationery toolkits. Your team stays energised with unlimited tea and coffee service, complemented by fresh fruit and biscuits throughout the day. The suite connects directly to our dedicated breakout areas where delegates can network between sessions. Our events team manages all the logistics, from initial room setup through to dietary requirements for lunch service. Previous clients particularly appreciate our location just off Godstow Road, describing it as "ideal for team meetings from all around the South and Midlands." The proximity to major motorways means Birmingham teams arrive as easily as those from Southampton, while Oxford's historic centre sits just minutes away for evening activities. On-site parking starts free for the first hour, then £2 for up to four hours. The Pear Tree Park & Ride, a 10-minute walk away, offers all-day parking at £4 for longer conferences.
