Meeting Room 2 offers an intimate setting where six people can gather around our round wooden table for focused discussions. The tan leather chairs provide comfort during longer sessions, while the large wall-mounted screen makes sharing ideas and presentations straightforward. We've designed this space specifically for small team meetings, interviews, and collaborative work sessions. The room features glass partition walls that maintain privacy while keeping the space feeling open. Industrial-style lighting complements the exposed ceiling, creating an atmosphere that balances professionalism with the creative energy King's Cross is known for. A touch of greenery from our carefully placed plants softens the contemporary design. Our venue sits just three minutes' walk from both St Pancras International and King's Cross stations, making it remarkably convenient whether your colleagues are arriving from Edinburgh, Paris, or simply crossing London. The surrounding neighbourhood offers plenty of cafes and lunch spots for breaks between sessions. The technical setup includes high-speed wifi and full presentation capabilities through the wall-mounted screen. Our reception team stands ready to assist with any technical requirements, though we recommend testing any specific software needs like Skype connectivity in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. This particular meeting room works especially well for recruitment interviews, client presentations, and strategy sessions where a more intimate setting helps facilitate open discussion. The boardroom-style setup naturally encourages engagement among all participants. Please note that if you'd like to arrange catering for your meeting, we require at least two days' notice to coordinate with our preferred suppliers.
