Working from ten floors above Devonshire Square, we've created something special for businesses who need more than just a desk and WiFi. Our WeWork at 8 Devonshire Square spans multiple levels, each designed with different work styles in mind - from quiet zones for deep focus to collaborative areas where ideas naturally flow between teams. Our private offices start at £340 per desk per month and range from compact spaces for small teams to expansive suites accommodating up to 100 people. If you're after more flexibility, we offer both hot desking and dedicated desk options in our shared workspaces. The building sits just moments from Liverpool Street Station, with the Gherkin and other City landmarks visible from many of our windows. What makes our space work for so many different companies is the mix of environments we've built. Beyond the offices themselves, we've got bookable meeting rooms for client presentations, business lounges where informal conversations happen over coffee, and yes, even a gaming arcade where teams decompress between projects. Our on-site barista keeps everyone caffeinated, while the wellness rooms and mother's rooms provide quiet spaces when you need them. We know the little things matter too - that's why we welcome dogs (many of our members bring their four-legged colleagues), have showers for cycle commuters, and outdoor spaces for fresh air breaks.
