Our doors open every morning to entrepreneurs, remote teams, and established businesses who make Nomadworks their professional home across two Manhattan locations. We've carved out workspaces at 1216 Broadway in the Nomad District and 240 W 40th Street, both surrounded by the restaurants, bars, and hotels that make these neighborhoods pulse with energy. The Empire State Building stands just blocks away from our Broadway location, where all major train lines converge to keep you connected to the entire city. We built our spaces around how people actually work. Private offices accommodate teams up to 60, while dedicated desks give you a permanent spot without the full office commitment. Our open coworking areas let you choose your view depending on the day. Your key card works round the clock because we know inspiration doesn't follow business hours. The high-speed WiFi handles whatever you throw at it, and yes, your dog can join you at your desk. The Innovation Hub hosts 24 for intensive workshops, while our Rooftop Terrace opens up for 85-person gatherings when you need fresh air with your presentations. We've equipped both with HDMI connections, projectors, and furniture you can rearrange however makes sense for your meeting. Corporate training sessions, product launches, and networking events all happen here throughout the week. Monday mornings start with bagels in the kitchen. Tuesday yoga classes fill the event space at noon. Thursday happy hours bring everyone together on the terrace when weather permits. Between these touchpoints, you'll find meditation seminars, member-led workshops, and speaker series that turn coffee breaks into unexpected connections. Our reception team handles your packages and printing needs while keeping the coffee and tea stocked throughout the day. Phone booths provide quiet corners for calls, showers and bike storage support your commute choices, and our cleaning crew keeps everything fresh overnight.
