Our eight meeting rooms at Neo Space transform the way teams collaborate in Aberdeen. Each space features 65" Neat Boards that handle everything from video calls to brainstorming sessions, with annotation tools and whiteboard capabilities built right in. We've soundproofed every room and added privacy screening, so your confidential client meetings stay that way. We're based in Neo House on Riverside Drive, where our rooms accommodate anywhere from 4 to 24 delegates. The ergonomic furniture keeps everyone comfortable during those longer strategy sessions, while our 4K displays ensure your presentations look crisp and professional. Whether you need a room for an hour-long interview or a full-day training course, we offer flexible booking options that work around your schedule. Beyond the meeting rooms, we run a juice bar and café right here in the building. Your team can grab sandwiches, soups, or smoothies between sessions, and we keep the coffee flowing throughout the day. For those early morning or post-meeting workouts, we maintain a fitness suite complete with sauna and steam room. Golf enthusiasts often take advantage of our on-site facilities too. Parking won't be an issue - we have 146 spaces available, including four with electric charging points for those driving EVs.
