Our Victorian workshop on cobbled Lonsdale Road has become home to designers, journalists, tech teams and social entrepreneurs who need more than just a desk. We've kept the original character of this Queen's Park building while creating spaces that actually work for modern businesses. At GOOD SPACE, we offer three membership options to match how you work. Club Members (£199/month + VAT) get unlimited hot desk access across our ground floor workspace. Resident Members (£375/month + VAT) claim their own dedicated desk with storage. Studio Members (from £549/desk/month + VAT) move into private offices for teams who need their own space. Every membership includes the essentials: lightning-fast Wi-Fi that actually works during video calls, unlimited specialty coffee and tea from our kitchen, and 24/7 building access for those late-night deadlines. Our meeting rooms come equipped with screens and AV kit for presentations, while phone booths scattered throughout provide quiet spots for important calls. We handle the admin headaches too - printing, mail handling, cleaning services, and all utilities are covered in your membership. No hunting for hidden fees in the small print. The ground floor transforms into an event space during evenings and weekends. We've hosted product launches, team training sessions, and networking events here. The exposed brick walls and large windows create an atmosphere that beats another hotel conference room. Queen's Park and Brondesbury Park stations are both a short walk away, and you're surrounded by independent cafes and restaurants when you need a change of scene. We welcome dogs (they're often better behaved than humans in meetings), provide secure bike storage, and maintain breakout areas where actual conversations happen between members from finance, retail brands, marketing agencies and social impact organisations.
