Seven meeting rooms fill the upper floors of LABS Southampton Place, each one different from the last. We've kept the original Georgian windows and period details throughout these Grade II listed townhouses at 14-15 Southampton Place, London WC1A 2AJ, while adding the technology and comfort modern businesses need. Our private offices accommodate teams from 5 to 20 people, with natural light streaming through those historic windows. The members-only lounge becomes a natural gathering spot between meetings, while our staffed reception handles deliveries and greets your clients. We're right by Holborn Underground Station, so whether your team comes from the Financial District or the West End, the commute stays simple. The kitchen facilities on each floor mean proper coffee breaks, not just vending machines. We've installed high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, air conditioning that actually works in summer, and showers for those who cycle in using our bike storage. Yes, we're pet-friendly too - several residents bring their dogs to work. Our seven meeting rooms work for everything from client presentations to team workshops and conferences. The smallest fits six people around an oak table; the largest handles 30 for company off-sites or hackathons. Members get 24/7 building access and can book these rooms as needed. External companies hire them for drink receptions and collaborative sessions - we recently hosted a tech startup's strategy day at very short notice when their original venue fell through. The breakout areas between meetings give your team space to decompose ideas or catch up informally.
