Our former warehouse on Emerson Street has become home to some of London's most interesting businesses, and we're always excited to welcome new teams into the space. The building's industrial past shows through in the exposed services and original features, but we've made sure everything works perfectly for modern office life. When you step into our double-height reception area, you'll notice how the floor-to-ceiling windows transform what could be a typical workspace into something special. Natural light pours through the glazing throughout the day, and on clear mornings, you can see across to some of London's most recognizable landmarks. We're right in the heart of Bankside, with the Tate Modern and Globe Theatre just a short walk away. We've set up the workspace with everything teams actually need. Our kitchen and breakout areas give you proper space to step away from your desk, whether you're making coffee or having informal meetings. The dedicated meeting rooms work well for client presentations or team discussions, and we've added phone booths for those private calls. For cyclists, we maintain secure bike storage with shower facilities, lockers, and even provide towel service – because we know the morning commute can be part of your workout routine.
