Since 2014, we've grown into one of London's most active creative communities, with over 150 recording artists working across 50 studios in our Markfield Road complex. Our office spaces sit right in the heart of this musical ecosystem, giving you a front-row seat to the creative energy that defines our warehouse. We've designed our coworking areas to complement the artistic atmosphere. You can choose between fixed desks in our two dedicated offices or grab a hot desk in the general coworking area - whatever fits your work style. Companies often take entire offices, while independent professionals appreciate the flexibility of our desk-by-desk rentals. The 5,000 square feet of office space means you'll have room to spread out and focus, even when the studios are buzzing with activity. Working here means more than just a desk. Our onsite bar doubles as a listening space where artists showcase new work, and the restaurant keeps everyone fueled throughout those long creative sessions.
