The old Meridian TV Studios building has found new life as Freedom Works at Fairways House, where we've transformed 30,000 square feet into a thriving business community right on the River Itchen. Our members range from solo freelancers grabbing morning coffee in the communal kitchen to established companies settling into their own private offices overlooking the water. We've kept things simple with our pricing - everything's rolled into one monthly fee. That means your utilities, furniture, super-fast internet, printing, and even the coffee are all covered. Private offices come in various sizes, while our dedicated desk members have their own permanent spot in the shared workspace. For those who prefer flexibility, hot desking lets you work from different areas throughout the building whenever inspiration strikes. The meeting rooms still have that broadcast-quality feel from the building's TV days, now equipped with screens and tech for presentations. With over 130 parking spaces, getting here is never an issue, and cyclists appreciate our secure bike storage. We're one of the few workspaces where your dog can join you for the day - they're as welcome as you are.
