We've transformed a corner of Colindale into North West London's answer to city-centre working - minus the exhausting commute. At Confero Workspace, our private offices fit teams of 3 to 8 people, each kitted out with proper desks and chairs that won't leave you aching by lunchtime. If you're after your own dedicated space but don't need an entire office, we've got fixed desks in our shared rooms. These spaces hold 4 to 5 people max, and we've added desk dividers so you're not constantly catching your neighbour's eye. Each desk comes with everything you need to get straight to work. Our breakout areas buzz with people grabbing coffee between calls - speaking of which, our bean-to-cup machine churns out proper lattes and cappuccinos all day long. We keep the kitchen stocked with teas, hot chocolate, and yes, the WiFi reaches every corner. Those charging points scattered around mean you'll never have to fight for a socket. Need to host a client meeting or run a training session? Our meeting rooms range from cosy booths perfect for one-on-ones to our largest space that seats 14. Some rooms come with 75" screens and video conferencing kit already set up. We've hosted everything from product launches to legal mediations, and our fibre connection handles whatever you throw at it. Getting here couldn't be simpler - we're a 7-minute stroll from Colindale tube station, with Hendon Thameslink nearby too. Drivers appreciate being just 2 miles from the M1. You get all the benefits of a professional workspace without battling through central London traffic every morning. That's the whole point really - proper offices, proper facilities, but right here in your neighbourhood.
