Inside, we've kitted out everything properly: conference tech that connects first time, WiFi that handles everyone's devices, and printing that doesn't require an IT degree. The little things make the difference here. Lockers for your bike gear, showers that actually have hot water, kitchen areas where you can make proper coffee. Our events coordinator Sarah sorts out the details so you can focus on your actual meeting. She's brilliant at the logistics stuff that usually goes wrong—flipcharts that actually have paper, markers that aren't dried out. We get a lot of teams who've given up on hotel meeting rooms and coffee shop conference calls. They book a morning session, end up staying all day because it just works.
