The Script building on Featherstone Street brings something different to the Old Street office scene. We've completely refurbished this 51,000 sq ft building, keeping the original character while creating workspaces that actually work for modern businesses. Our first floor showcases what we mean by ready-to-use office space. We've fitted it with 56 desks arranged to encourage both focused work and collaboration. The collaborative areas accommodate up to 40 people - perfect for those all-hands meetings or workshop sessions. Four meeting rooms handle everything from client presentations to team catch-ups, while six phone booths give you privacy for important calls. The boardroom seats your most crucial discussions, and the dedicated kitchen becomes the heart of office life, complete with proper facilities for lunch breaks and coffee chats. The second, third, and fourth floors offer Cat A spaces where we work directly with tenants to create exactly what they need. These floors come with those large external windows that define the building - natural light pours in throughout the day, reducing the need for harsh artificial lighting and creating a more pleasant working environment. We understand the practicalities of London office life. That's why we've installed nine unisex showers for cyclists and runners, along with 80 cycle spaces to encourage sustainable commuting. Our manned reception handles deliveries and welcomes your guests professionally.
