The old bus factory walls tell quite a story here at Workspace - Busworks, where we've transformed this Victorian industrial building into something special for today's businesses. Walk through our cobbled courtyard and you'll notice the original brickwork alongside crisp white brick walls - it's this mix of old and new that our members love about working here. Our warehouse, studio, and office spaces get incredible natural light through the crittal-style windows, which flood the rooms from morning until evening. We've kept the industrial feel but made sure everything works perfectly for modern business needs. The meeting rooms are set up with everything you need for presentations or brainstorming sessions, and because we know work doesn't always happen 9-to-5, we give our members 24-hour access to the building. Practical stuff matters too - we've got secure bike storage for cyclists, proper showers for those who run or ride to work, and yes, actual on-site parking in North London (we know how rare that is). When you need a coffee break or lunch, The Depot Bar & Kitchen is right next door in Carpenter's Mews. They do simple food really well, using quality ingredients that keep our members coming back. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're a five-minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station, which means you're well connected to everywhere in London. The space works brilliantly for all sorts of business activities, whether you're hosting client meetings, running creative workshops, or just need a productive place to get your head down and work. The combination of the building's character and modern facilities creates an environment where businesses genuinely flourish.
