Our studios range from compact 500 sq ft spaces perfect for startups to expansive 4,833 sq ft floors that accommodate larger teams. We furnish everything, so you can move straight in and start working. Each studio comes with its own meeting rooms, high-speed fibre optic internet that actually works, and VAV air conditioning that keeps everyone comfortable year-round. The LED lighting adjusts throughout the day, and we've designed shared kitchens and breakout areas where real conversations happen over coffee. Beyond your studio door, the whole campus works for you. We keep the building open 24 hours because we know creativity doesn't follow a 9-to-5 schedule. After cycling in, you can store your bike securely, grab a shower, and be at your desk within minutes. When lunchtime hits, choose between Salento's Italian dishes downstairs or the rotating street food vendors in our courtyard. PureGym operates on-site for those lunchtime workouts, and our Republic app lets you book everything from meeting rooms to fitness classes without leaving your desk. We're 10 minutes from Canary Wharf, with on-site parking for those who drive. Our waterfront location gives you space to think, while our flexible contracts mean you're not locked into anything rigid.
