At Regus - Exeter Business Park, we've created a workspace that makes the most of our stunning 80-acre setting. From our building at 1 Emperor Way, you'll work with views across the landscaped grounds and lake – it's quite something when the morning light hits the water. We're right off the M5 and just 3 miles from Exeter Airport, which our clients tell us makes getting here straightforward whether they're coming from Plymouth or flying in from further afield. We offer everything from private offices to dedicated desks and flexible coworking spaces. Our four meeting rooms accommodate between 3 and 10 people, making them particularly well-suited for board meetings, client presentations, interviews, and training sessions. Each room comes equipped with presentation technology, and our on-site team handles the setup so you can focus on your agenda. The elevated position of the building means most rooms benefit from plenty of natural light. Our members have 24-hour access to the building, and we've equipped each floor with kitchens where you can make proper coffee or heat up lunch. The break-out areas give you space to step away from your desk, and when weather permits, the outdoor seating by the lake offers a peaceful spot for informal meetings or simply clearing your head. We've ensured full accessibility throughout the building with disabled facilities on each floor. The Business Park location means you're surrounded by other businesses, with several restaurants nearby for client lunches and hotels including the Holiday Inn for visiting colleagues. We should mention that parking can fill up quickly during peak hours as spaces are shared across the business park – arriving before 9am usually ensures you'll find a spot, though some visitors do use the nearby hotel parking as an alternative.
