Our Grade II* listed home transforms throughout the day - morning coffee meetings in the Scratch Bar give way to afternoon workshops in our rehearsal studios, while evenings might see a wedding celebration or community gathering taking flight across our adaptable spaces. We've kept the building's character intact while making it work for today. Every floor has step-free access and accessible toilets, plus we've created a dedicated chill-out space when you need a moment away from the buzz. The Scratch Hub, our co-working area, draws in London's creative minds - from social enterprises to freelancers who appreciate the collaborative atmosphere. Just 8 minutes from Clapham Junction, it's become a second home for entrepreneurs and small businesses who thrive on the energy here. Our Scratch Bar anchors the social side of things. The kitchen team works with seasonal ingredients to create fresh menus daily, while the bar stocks locally brewed craft beers alongside international wines and cocktails.
