The Georgian windows flood our meeting rooms with natural light every morning—it's one of the first things our clients comment on when they arrive at 17 Cavendish Square. We're based in this beautiful Grade II listed building on the northwest corner of Cavendish Square in Marylebone, just a short walk from both Oxford Circus and Bond Street stations. Our building houses 18 private offices alongside two meeting rooms that work brilliantly for different group sizes. The Cavendish Room comfortably seats 12 people around its table, while the Wigmore Room creates a more intimate setting for groups of up to 6. Both rooms come equipped with everything you need for productive sessions—high-speed Wi-Fi, video conferencing capabilities, and all the AV equipment for presentations. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, and we can arrange catering whenever you need it. Beyond the meeting spaces, we've got practical facilities that make everyone's day run smoother. Our reception team greets your guests and handles deliveries, there's a kitchen where you can grab coffee between sessions, and we've installed bike storage and showers for those who cycle to work. We're also happy to welcome well-behaved pets—several of our regular clients bring their dogs along. The offices themselves range from single-desk spaces right up to 30-desk configurations, and we can combine units to create exactly what your business needs. Whether you're hosting client meetings, running workshops, or need a professional base for your team, you'll have access to all our facilities.
