Our teams spread across flexible spaces ranging from 162 to 1,987 square feet, with those original cast-iron columns and timber beams reminding us daily of the building's storied past. Your team can grab coffee in our kitchen facilities before settling into dedicated workspace, then shift to the breakout areas when collaboration strikes. The meeting rooms handle everything from client presentations to team brainstorms, while personal lockers keep your gear secure between visits. High-speed Wi-Fi reaches every corner, and with 24/7 access, you're never locked out of inspiration—or that urgent deadline. The Leith location puts us 2.5 miles north of Edinburgh city center, but you'd never know it with our transport links. Most of our members either hop on the frequent bus routes or use the Edinburgh to Newhaven tramline—the Foot of The Walk Tram Stop is literally a two-minute stroll from our front door.
