Our timber-framed building at The Gramophone Works rises four stories above the Grand Union Canal, where we've created 65,000 square feet of workspace specifically designed for creative businesses. You'll find us at 326 Kensal Rd in W10, right between Kensal Green, Kensal Rise, and Ladbroke Grove stations, with several bus routes stopping nearby and Paddington just a quick journey away. We've preserved the character of this 1920s vinyl factory - which later housed Saga Records - while transforming it into one of Europe's largest timber office buildings. The structure uses Cross Laminated Timber and Glulam throughout, creating warm, naturally-lit workspaces that feel nothing like traditional offices. Our private offices accommodate teams from small startups to companies needing up to 50 desks, and we also offer hot desking and fixed desk options for more flexible arrangements. The canal-side café and bar on our ground floor has become a natural meeting point, where conversations flow as easily over morning coffee as they do during after-work drinks. We've planted green spaces at ground level and created a rooftop garden where you can work outdoors or simply take a break. Our meeting rooms are available whenever you need them, and we've installed 130 bicycle storage spaces for those who prefer to cycle in. The building generates its own power through photovoltaic solar panels, and our green roofs help regulate temperature naturally. Queen's Park nearby has transformed recently with new restaurants and bars opening regularly, giving you plenty of lunch and evening options. Everything you'd expect is here - high-speed internet, printing facilities, kitchen areas - integrated into spaces that inspire rather than simply function.
