Our converted factory building at Stratford Workshops has become home to an incredible mix of creative businesses since we opened our doors. Fashion designers work alongside tech startups, jewellery makers share corridors with digital printers, and embroidery artists collaborate with neighbouring studios - it's this blend that makes our East London workspace genuinely special. We've kept the industrial character of the original factory while creating functional workspaces that range from 200 to 450 square feet. Each unit starts at £175 per desk, and we've designed them to be flexible enough for different working styles. The high ceilings and large windows that were part of the original architecture now flood our studios with natural light, making them perfect for detailed creative work or screen-based projects. Your team can access the building any time of day or night with our 24/7 security system, and we've installed high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The communal kitchens on each floor always have fresh tea and coffee brewing, and they've become natural meeting points where our members exchange ideas over morning coffees. We've also added meeting rooms for formal presentations, telephone booths for private calls, and several breakout spaces where people often gather for informal brainstorming sessions. Practical details matter too - we handle mail for all our members, provide secure parking spaces, and have covered bike storage with shower facilities for those who cycle to work. Dogs are welcome here, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Getting here couldn't be easier. Stratford High Street DLR station is literally two minutes' walk away, while Stratford Station - with its Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR and Overground connections - takes just five minutes on foot. This connectivity means our members come from all over London, bringing diverse perspectives to our creative community.
