Cromwell Place transforms five Grade II-listed Victorian townhouses in South Kensington into a creative workspace where art meets business. We've designed our offices specifically for galleries, collectors, advisors, foundations and arts organizations who need more than just a desk and chair. Our building houses 14 distinct gallery spaces, from intimate viewing rooms perfect for client presentations to the expansive Pavilion Gallery where members host exhibitions and events. The Lavery Studio doubles as both a meeting space and event venue, while Hazel Bar & Kitchen serves Mediterranean dishes throughout the day - because we know creative work happens over good coffee and conversation as much as it does in boardrooms. Since opening in October 2020, we've built an international community of arts professionals who chose us for practical reasons: climate-controlled storage for artworks, viewing rooms equipped for photography, and meeting spaces with proper conferencing technology. Our location matters too - we're surrounded by the V&A, Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Serpentine Galleries, Royal College of Art and the Royal Albert Hall. Daily operations run smoothly with our all-inclusive pricing covering business rates and utilities. We provide the essentials - WiFi throughout, printing services, phone booths for private calls, secure bike storage, showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. Your team can move in quickly with our flexible contracts, and yes, we're pet-friendly because we know some of our best colleagues have four legs. Whether you're examining artworks in our viewing rooms, hosting clients in our gallery spaces, or collaborating with neighbors over lunch, we've created an environment where arts businesses can focus on what they do best while we handle the rest.
