Twenty glass-walled offices spread across the first floor of what used to be The Palace theatre back in 1906 - that's what we've created here at Icon Offices - East Ham. The old theatre bones give our space character you won't find in typical business centers, while the floor-to-ceiling glass partitions flood each office with natural light from the High Street windows below. We've kept things straightforward with our setup. Each of our 20 self-contained offices comes ready to work - desks, chairs, and Cat 6 Ethernet already in place. Just bring your laptop and you're operational. The VOIP phone system is part of the package too, with 1,500 outbound minutes included monthly for UK and international calls. Every office has its own heating and cooling controls, so you're never stuck arguing about the thermostat with neighbors. The building has stories to tell - after its theatre days, C&A set up shop here, then The Newham Recorder ran their newsroom from these floors until 2012. Now we're writing the next chapter as a business hub. Our reception desk handles your post and greets your clients, while the business lounge gives you somewhere to step away from your desk for coffee or casual meetings. Need a formal meeting space? The meeting room is yours free for 30 minutes daily, then £3 per hour after that. Being right above East Ham station means the District and Hammersmith & City lines are literally on our doorstep. The High Street location puts you in the middle of everything - banks, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. Our contracts flex with your business needs, and the monthly rate covers everything: utilities, internet, even the business rates. No hunting for hidden fees in the small print.
