At BizSpace Manchester Newton Heath, we're proud to operate from the former Wilsons Brewery buildings that have stood on Monsall Road since the 1880s. When we refurbished the site in 2017, we kept the original brickwork and industrial features that give our workspaces real character – work that helped us win the Business Centre Association's '2017 Workspace of the Year' award. We offer everything from private offices and meeting rooms to studios, workshops, industrial units, and storage spaces. Our meeting rooms work perfectly for client presentations, team sessions, or collaborative projects, while our office spaces range from compact units for startups to larger suites for established teams. We also provide virtual office services if you need a professional address without the physical space. Our tenants appreciate the practical touches we've built in over the years. You'll have 24-hour access to your workspace, and there's plenty of secure parking on-site. The café downstairs serves proper coffee and lunch, saving you the trek into town. We've got communal kitchens on each floor with fridges and microwaves, and our management team works on-site Monday to Friday to handle any issues. Yes, you can bring your dog to work – many of our tenants do. CCTV covers the whole site for security. Getting here is straightforward. We're two miles northeast of Manchester city centre, just off the A62 Oldham Road. If you're driving from the M60, it's a five-minute journey. For public transport, Central Park and Monsall tram stops are both within a five-minute walk, and the number 83 bus stops right outside.
