We run 36 Great Portland Street from our offices here in Fitzrovia, where the creative energy of the West End meets the professional polish of corporate London. Our building catches the morning sun beautifully through the large windows on each floor, filling the open-plan suites with natural light that our tenants tell us makes all the difference during long work days. We see all sorts of businesses here: design studios love the natural light and high ceilings, tech startups appreciate the central location for client meetings, and established firms value having a proper W1 postcode. The building works equally well whether you're a team of five or fifty. Being self-managed means we handle everything directly, so when tenants need something sorted, they deal with us, not some distant management company.
