We've been part of Bermondsey's creative community for years now, breathing new life into what was once Peek Frean's famous biscuit headquarters on Drummond Road. The original Victorian buildings still carry traces of their sweet-smelling past - these four restored structures housed a 10-acre confectionery empire that filled the neighborhood with the aroma of Garibaldis and chocolate digestives until the late 1980s. Today at The Biscuit Factory, we've kept the best of the old while creating workspaces that actually work for modern businesses. Our offices and meeting rooms feature those original high ceilings and massive windows that Victorian architects got so right, plus the exposed brickwork that gives each space real character. We offer everything from private offices to studios, light industrial units, and workshop spaces across our complex. Our three meeting rooms come fully equipped for presentations and collaborative sessions, and we're particularly proud of the natural light that floods these spaces - no dreary conference room feel here. The on-site Gaff Café has become a proper community hub where our members grab their morning flat whites and those incredible homemade cakes. When you need to clear your head, there's our gym and climbing wall, or you can store your bike in our secure racks and cycle along the Thames path. We're just five minutes' walk from Bermondsey tube, with 24-hour access for those late-night project pushes. Our members tell us the facilities are always clean and well-maintained, which matters when you're here every day. Tech startups work alongside creative agencies and professional services firms here - the mix keeps things interesting. Outdoor seating areas and shower facilities round out the practical touches that make daily work life easier.
