We've built this place for how people actually work today. Private meeting rooms when you need focus, breakout areas when you need to brainstorm, and proper phone booths (soundproofed!) for those calls you can't take at your desk. The kitchen is fully stocked, not just a microwave and kettle situation, and you're welcome to bring in your own food or drinks for events.
