The space we've crafted spans across three interconnected buildings - The Warehouse, The Loft, and The Gatehouse - each with its own character but sharing the same thoughtful approach to modern working. When you step through our doors, you'll find exposed brick walls meeting sleek contemporary finishes, with natural light streaming through restored windows. We've furnished everything ourselves, choosing pieces that encourage both focused work and spontaneous collaboration. Our central courtyard becomes a natural gathering spot, especially on sunny afternoons. It's where quick coffee breaks turn into productive brainstorming sessions, and where you'll find our secure cycle storage and shower facilities - perfect for those who pedal in from across London. The communal areas, designed by Conran & Partners, include a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar where proper conversations happen over proper coffee.
